Projects Committee
The Projects Committee develops the process and criteria for annual project selection and provides ongoing leadership and support to project leads. This includes:
- Project management
- Quality improvement methodology and tools
- Tracking project progress
- Completing the SSC Site Engagement Activity Tracker (SEAT)
Eight two-hour meetings per year; sessional funding is provided.
