Small Steps Big Idea funding available
VPSA's Small Steps, Big Idea funding provides $1,000 to $5,000 to selected applicants to develop concepts that meet VPSA criteria.
Contemplating a larger scale project that doesn't fit with these budgetary constraints? We may be able to accommodate you. Please contact projects@vpsa.ca.
Check out our process, which begins with a letter of intent from VPSA physician members. Visit this link for more information.
Other VPSA funding opportunities
VPSA is currently offering two other streams of funding that your department or division head can apply for:
- Wellness champions funding (see here for examples of previously funded projects). Applications are accepted on a quarterly basis. There is currently funding for four more groups; projects submitted before the quarterly deadlines may be considered before the deadline on a case-by-case basis.
- Retention and recruitment funding (see here for an article with examples of funded projects)
Do you have ideas that would fit? Talk to your department or division head and encourage them to apply or contact VPSA Operations Director Andrew Pinfold.
