VCH DEI Survey
We want to hear from you – everyone matters at Vancouver Coastal Health
Vancouver Coastal Health is pleased to launch the Self-Identification & Workplace Experience Survey for all staff and medical staff. The information collected through this survey will help us understand the state and needs of our current workforce and the work environment as experienced by each unique individual, and ultimately identify opportunities to improve the workplace for all of us – one that is diverse, inclusive, equitable, culturally safe, welcoming and free from barriers to employment and career growth.
You will receive an email from an external third party outside of VCH, WorkTango (pulse@worktango.io) with an individualized, secure survey link.
This is your unique link to the survey and should only be accessed by you.
All survey responses are voluntary and anonymous, and will not be associated with anyone personally as individual responses will be collected by WorkTango. Anonymized aggregated responses will be reported to VCH. All survey data will be secure and protected at all times by WorkTango.
You can also access the survey through WorkTango's VCH Listens secure link or a QR code.
If you are accessing the survey through the VCH Listens secure link or QR code, you will need to enter your employee ID number. For medical staff members who do not have an employee ID, please enter your MSP billing number. Your employee ID or MSP billing number is only required to validate your access to the survey.
Your survey results will not be associated with your employee ID or MSP billing number and VCH will not know who responds to the survey.
All of our staff and medical staff are strongly encouraged to participate, share your voice and be included. Our goal is to understand who our people are so that we can make better decisions that impact you and identify opportunities to make our workplace a safe, equitable and inclusive environment in which each one of us feels empowered to bring our whole and best selves to work.
Everyone matters at VCH, and by sharing your voice, we can work together to ensure VCH is a great place to work.
