Leadership Development

VPSA believes that all physicians, by the very nature of their work, are leaders. We support physicians who wish to develop their leadership and advocacy skills. We offer workshops and training programs throughout the year. Examples include the CMA Advocacy Primer and the PLI Facilitating Meetings course. All workshops are led by professionally trained facilitators and are customized for physicians.
