It was a celebratory evening on September 13 with physicians gathering to pay tribute to colleagues receiving the Vancouver Medical, Dental and Allied Staff Association’s annual awards and to recognize those marking milestone anniversaries. VMDAS President Dr. Eric Yoshida and Secretary Dr. Michael Nimmo co-hosted the event.
“These evenings are always a great reminder of the enormous pool of talent in Vancouver Acute and Vancouver Community,” said Dr. Yoshida. “It is humbling to hear of the amazing contributions many of our colleagues are making to the field of medicine. VMDAS was pleased to shine a spotlight on eight of our best this year as well as to recognize the service milestones of many others.”
